Historic Rye

The historic town of Rye is just just minutes from Camber Sands. The sheer concentration of living history packed into this vibrant market town makes it a great place to visit. Climb St. Marys church tower and enjoy the vista before wandering around the cobbled streets to find a pleasant little tea shop.

Beach Walks

If you have never experienced the vast expanse of beach and rolling dunes that Camber Sands is famous for then you are in for a real treat.

Less than 5 minutes from Pontins Holiday Centre you will find yourself entering a magical coastal environment of sand dunes and vast open spaces of sand that will literally open your horizons.

If you have a kite then we recommend you bring it as there is always a breeze on the beach...
(especially when there is a Storm about!!)
